Project status
At present, land purchasing, planning and regulation have been completed and the construction phase is about to begin. In November 2006 the project obtained permission for infrastructure.
It is planned that the project be completed by the end of the first quarter of 2008. Sale of houses has already commenced.
Bistritza Gardens complex is situated just 150m from the center of Bistritza village.
